Jimmy is a second generation auctioneer having followed in the footsteps of his father, the late Bill Willard. A lifelong resident of Shelby County, Kentucky, Jimmy has been full time in the auction and real estate business since 1984. He has been a partial owner of H. Barry Smith Realtors and Auctioneers since 1991 and currently a partner with Shawn Willard, CAI. Jimmy received his CAI designation in 1988 and is a member of the National and Kentucky Auctioneers Associations as well as a member of the Louisville, Kentucy, and National Association of Realtors. When not at work, he enjoys college sports, golf, and travel.

Shawn is a third generation auctioneer, real estate broker in KY and IN, as well as a CAI graduate in 2015. Shawn started in the real estate and auction business in the year 2000 and learned the auction business at a young age from his late grandfather Bill Willard, his late dad Paul Willard, and his uncle and partner Jimmy Willard. Shawn resides in Shelbyville and is blessed with a beautiful daughter Kamden. If Shawn has any free time he enjoys sports, college football and basketball, and traveling with family and friends. Shawn is a member of Shelby Christian Church and active in the community. Shawn is currently active with the KY Auctioneers Association, National Auctioneers Association, as well as KY Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
