Jimmy is a second generation auctioneer having followed in the footsteps of his father, the late Bill Willard. A lifelong resident of Shelby County, Kentucky, Jimmy has been full time in the auction and real estate business since 1984. He has been a partial owner of H. Barry Smith Realtors and Auctioneers since 1991 and currently a partner with Shawn Willard, CAI. Jimmy received his CAI designation in 1988 and is a member of the National and Kentucky Auctioneers Associations as well as a member of the Louisville, Kentucy, and National Association of Realtors. When not at work, he enjoys college sports, golf, and travel.

Shawn is a third generation auctioneer, real estate broker in KY and IN, as well as a CAI graduate in 2015. Shawn started in the real estate and auction business in the year 2000 and learned the auction business at a young age from his late grandfather Bill Willard, his late dad Paul Willard, and his uncle and partner Jimmy Willard. Shawn resides in Shelbyville and is blessed with a beautiful daughter Kamden. If Shawn has any free time he enjoys sports, college football and basketball, and traveling with family and friends. Shawn is a member of Shelby Christian Church and active in the community. Shawn is currently active with the KY Auctioneers Association, National Auctioneers Association, as well as KY Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
Rick is an Auctioneer and Realtor with H. Barry Smith Co. After moving from Michigan to Kentucky in 2003, he joined his wife Annette's brother, Jimmy Willard and her nephew, Shawn Willard in the Realty and Auction business. His background is in electronics and technology which is an asset when selling real estate in this digital age. Rick is a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, KY Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors as well as the KY Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association. He was previously Co-President of the Shelby County Realtor Association. He has listed and sold properties in Shelby, Oldham, Henry and surrounding counties. Rick served six years as President of the Homeowners Association of Village of Beckley Woods in Middletown where he and Annette currently reside. He enjoys exercising, running, college sports and spending time with family and friends.
